Contains all materials needed for 8 groups of students to separate hemoglobin from phenol red by gel filtration chromatography. Includes 8 columns, 7 grams of Sephadex G-100, enough column buffer to make 5 liters, column loading pipettes, and enough phenol red and bovine hemoglobin for at least 40 chromatographic runs.
