The four basic programs are supplied complete with all of the laboratory manuals, chemicals, and accessories needed for beginning students to perform exciting experiments in modern biology. Electrophoresis equipment is not required.
The programs are designed to be used by 16 students working in pairs. In most cases, each experiment can be completed within a 90 minute laboratory session.
The programs are intended to introduce advanced secondary and beginning college students to contemporary topics including enzyme action, DNA structure and function, molecular evolution, and DNA cloning.
